Anne Marie has been practising holistic therapies for over a decade. Her journey began as a client, with unresolved medical issues, which benefited greatly from the combined approach of medical and holistic intervention.
She grew to understand how stress and busy lifestyle were having a strongly detrimental effect on her quality of life. By adopting an holistic approach, making small incremental changes over time, Anne Marie is now pain free. She credits the holistic approach of self-care and regular treatments for an improved physical body and mind.
