Anne Marie has been practising holistic therapies for over a decade. Her journey began as a client, with unresolved medical issues, which benefited greatly from the combined approach of medical and holistic intervention. She grew to understand how stress and busy lifestyle were having a strongly detrimental effect on her quality of life. By adopting an holistic approach, making small incremental changes over time, Anne Marie is now pain free. She credits the holistic approach of self-care and regular treatments for an improved physical body and mind.

Training in holistic therapies, which began as an interest in self-improvement has developed naturally into a career as referrals grew. Anne Marie’s focus is entirely on the client and their wellness journey. She is passionate about informing clients how they can help themselves both in their recovery from illness and discomfort – but also, in developing self-care routines to maintain wellness and, more importantly – develop a JOY FOR LIFE.
